Shipping
We offer shipping for smaller items that can fit within a medium-sized moving box. However, we do not ship large or heavy items. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, with a minimum charge of $20.00. An additional $5.00 fee will apply for each additional lot, except for multiple-item lots.
Before placing a bid, please confirm the actual shipping cost to determine the total expense for combined, oversized, or multiple items.
Shipping Process & Guidelines:
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS Mail for items that fit in flat-rate envelopes or boxes.
If an item is too large for a flat-rate box or is fragile, we may use a third-party shipping provider for packing and shipping.
We also use UPS and FedEx with a provided account number by the bidder.
Shipping Invoices:
Once your sale invoice is paid, a separate shipping invoice will be issued.
Depending on the volume of shipments, it may take several days after pickup to receive your shipping invoice.
Requesting Shipping:
If you require shipping, please email info@grasonsauctionswa.com with the subject line "Shipping Request."
Payment Deadline:
Shipping invoices must be paid within one business day of receiving the invoice via email.
We make one shipping run per week—if your invoice is unpaid, your item(s) will not be shipped.
High-Value Shipments:
If your item(s) are valued over $100, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance and signature delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information has been provided.
Weight Limit:
The combined weight of shipped items cannot exceed 70 lbs.
Orders Over $500:
If your invoice total exceeds $500, you will be required to set up a FedEx or UPS account.
We will drop off your package at FedEx or UPS, where they will handle packing and shipping.
