Pick Up Protocol
Hello Bidders,
Thank you for participating in our hybrid auctions, where estate sales and online auctions are happening simultaneously. We appreciate your support and want to ensure a smooth pick-up process for everyone. Your cooperation with the following guidelines is greatly appreciated:
- Restrooms are not available on-site out of respect for the client.
- Large Item Pick-Ups: Our staff will escort you to your item(s), but we do not provide loading assistance, tools, or hand carts. Please come prepared to disassemble and transport items safely and efficiently.
- Pick-Up Policy: If you do not pick up your item(s) on the designated pick-up day(s), it will be considered forfeited and offered to the next bidder. We are working with our clients to clear the home, and uncollected items cause delays. Please review the dates and location carefully before bidding. We do not have a storage facility to hold items.
- Parking & Efficiency: Parking may be limited, so please load your auction items into your vehicle before shopping at the estate sale. This helps us manage space and reduce wait times.
- Verify Your Items: Please double-check that you have received all items listed on your invoice before leaving. While we do our best to group them for you, it is your responsibility to confirm everything is accounted for.
