Bidding & Purchase Agreement

Placing a bid is a commitment to purchase. If you win an item, you are required to pick it up or make prior shipping arrangements. Failure to complete your purchase could result in permanent revocation of bidding privileges. Do not bid unless you intend to follow through with the purchase.

Pick-Up Requirements:

• Winning bidders must be available or arrange for pick-up on the designated date.
• Bring necessary tools and assistance for large or heavy items—loading assistance is NOT available.
• Some items may be located on a second floor or in an outbuilding.

Payment & Invoicing:

• Invoices will be emailed once the sale has closed.
• Full payment is due by 8:00 p.m. the day after the auction closes.
• If payment is not received before the pick-up date, items will be forfeited and bidding privileges will be revoked.

Pick-Up Policy:

• Pick-up details will be included in your invoice.
• Items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold.
• At our sole discretion, an alternative pick-up time may be arranged, subject to an additional fee.

Fees & Taxes:

• A 10% Buyer’s Premium and sales tax will be added to the winning bid total.
• Sales tax is waived for licensed resellers.

Item Condition & Liability:

• We strive to describe items accurately, but expect normal wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items.
• Not all flaws will be listed. Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS—no refunds or returns.
• We do not guarantee the working condition of clocks, watches, electronics, or mechanical devices.
