Description :
The necklace is finished with a traditional gold filigree fish-hook safety clasp. This type of clasp is a hallmark of vintage and fine pearl jewelry, designed with a "fail-safe" mechanism: the inner hook catches on a small internal bar so the necklace won't fall off even if the main lock disengages.
